  I'm kinda irked!! I ordered delivery on the ipod app. In my order I paid an extra dollar for adding avocado.. yet when I looked in my sandwich there was no avocado in sight. My receipt even states add avocado. They have extremely fast service yet not very accurate also, when you click on "extra" whatever in .. they just give you a regular portion, nothing extra at all. I will continue to use their services (as they're the only sandwich delivery guys here), but may just check my sandwich in front of the delivery guy to make sure everything is added. Sigh /: guess I can't be too trusting anymore, even in Pella.

  If I could give it a zero stars, I would! I called in an order for delivery, but it took 45 minutes for delivery. When my food finally arrived, my bread was soggy and the ice in my drink was completed melted! I explained my frustrations to the driver but he said nothing, so I called the store, and the manager didn't care. I would NOT recommend going to this Jimmy John's location, nor will I be returning there.
